Somatic coaching session – strengthening your body’s intelligence

I support people through somatic coaching. This journey is about aligning your physical, emotional, and mental states to create a state that feels more balanced and empowering and less stressful and drained. Breathwork, meditation, relaxation, conscious and inutuitive mouvement, self-observation, are part of the somatic coaching journey.
