Interactive facilitation
For all discussion and training sessions, my facilitation techniques are based upon group engaging skills and tools. They stimulate interactive communication among a team, ensuring that all participants can contribute, exchange ideas, learn from each other and create innovation.
Many people experience meetings that waste time, conversations that feel more like debates, and invitations to input which turn out to be something altogether different. People want to contribute, but they cannot see how. Leaders want contribution, but they don’t know how to get it.
I use powerful methods to create open and meaningful conversations that lead to commitment and good results.
I ensure that participants consider each other’s points of view in a constructive and forward-looking manner.
I work with a range of collaborative methods – like Circle, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, ProAction Café, and more, according to the context, group-size and purpose.
Companies, Leadership teams, focus groups, project teams and any other groups and teams can overcome bottlenecks, enhance decision taking, work on continuous improvement and develop creative solutions.
